In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery such as earrings.
As soon as I have received your returned item I will issue a refund back to your original method of payment.
When ordering please check that you have the right delivery address.
I will not be held responsible for missing packages when given address is wrong.
Any issues with orders that have not been reported to us within 2 months of order, we will not be accounted for.

Orders under £50 will not be sent tracked, if you would like a specific tracked shipping please contact me for additional payments.

UK- 5-7 working days
Europe- 7-14 working days (depending on how quick your countries customs are)
Rest of the world- 10-14 working days

Jewellery is delicate, especially when shipping worldwide and unfortunately I am yet to find an eco-friendly alternative to bubble wrap bags. However, I try my best by using compostable shipping bags, recyclable envelopes, recycled and naturally dyed tissue paper and recycled paper leaflets.
Your shipping box might look a little used and the internal packaging here and there might look a little scrappy, this is because I try to reuse as much as I possibly can, thanks to friends and family keeping all their boxes and packaging aside for me.
I am constantly looking for eco-friendly alternatives and it is a work in progress. If you have any affordable suggestions please let me know.
